1.1 Agreement to Terms

Welcome to WantToDollar (the “App” or the “Service”).
By downloading, installing, or using this App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the App immediately.

1.2 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through one or more of the following methods:

  • New consent requests

Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms apply to:

  • The iOS version of the WantToDollar App

  • All services and features provided through the App

  • All users of the App


2. Description of Services

2.1 Service Features

WantToDollar is an intelligent expense tracking and financial management application that provides the following main features:

  • Expense Tracking: Record income and expense transactions

  • Budget Management: Set and track monthly and category-based budgets

  • Data Analysis: Income and expense trends and category statistics

  • Cloud Sync: Synchronize data across devices via iCloud

  • Pro Features: Advanced features such as AI categorization, receipt scanning, and investment tracking

2.2 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any part thereof at any time without prior notice.
We shall not be liable for any inconvenience or loss resulting from such changes.

2.3 Service Availability

While we strive to ensure stable operation of the Service:

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

  • We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices

  • We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by technical issues, maintenance, or upgrades


3. User Accounts and Data

3.1 Account Usage

  • The App uses Apple ID and iCloud for account management

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your Apple ID and devices

  • You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account

  • Please notify us immediately if you detect any unauthorized use

3.2 Data Ownership

  • Your Data Belongs to You: All financial records, budgets, and related data belong to you

  • Data Control: You may export, modify, or delete your data at any time

  • Data Backup: We recommend regular backups; we are not liable for data loss

3.3 Data Security

  • We use encryption for data transmission and storage to protect your data

  • However, absolute security cannot be guaranteed

  • You assume the risks associated with using the App

  • We recommend enabling security features such as biometric protection


4. Subscription Terms (Pro Features)

4.1 Subscription Plans

The App offers the following Pro subscription plans:

  • Monthly Plan: NT$120 per month

  • Annual Plan: NT$1,290 per year (equivalent to NT$107.5 per month)

4.2 Auto-Renewal

  • Monthly and annual plans are auto-renewing subscriptions

  • Subscriptions renew automatically 24 hours before the end of the current billing period

  • Renewal fees will be charged to your Apple ID account

  • You may cancel at any time before the next billing period begins

4.3 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • In the App: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > WantToDollar > Cancel Subscription

  • In iOS Settings: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > WantToDollar > Cancel Subscription

After cancellation, Pro features will remain available until the end of the current billing period.

4.4 Free Trial

  • If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription after the trial period

  • To avoid charges, cancel before the trial ends

  • Free trials are limited to one per user

4.5 Price Changes

  • We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing

  • Price changes will take effect upon renewal

  • Advance notice will be provided (typically 30 days before renewal)

4.6 Refund Policy

  • Refund requests must be submitted to Apple via App Store Support or reportaproblem.apple.com

  • We cannot process refunds directly within the App

  • Apple’s refund policy applies to all purchases

  • Purchases are generally non-refundable unless Apple’s refund criteria are met

4.7 Pro Feature Description

Pro features include, but are not limited to:

  • AI-powered categorization suggestions

  • Fixed expense management

  • Smart budget recommendations

  • Advanced data analysis

  • Biometric security protection

  • Multi-currency support

  • Data export functionality

The list of Pro features may change at any time. The features displayed in the App shall prevail.


5. User Conduct

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use the App to:

  • Record personal or household financial data

  • Access and use all lawful features provided

  • Export your data for other purposes

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the App to:

  • Engage in illegal activities

  • Enter false or misleading data intentionally

  • Abuse the Service in a manner that affects other users or system stability

  • Reverse engineer, modify, or attempt to crack the App

  • Use the App for commercial purposes without authorization

5.3 Consequences of Violations

Violation of these Terms may result in:

  • Suspension or termination of your access

  • Deletion of your account and data

  • Legal action where applicable


6. Intellectual Property

6.1 App Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to code, interface design, trademarks, and icons, are owned by us.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use the App in accordance with these Terms.

6.2 User Content

  • Content you input or upload (such as financial records) remains your property

  • You grant us the right to use such content solely to provide the Service

  • We will not disclose or share your personal data without your consent

6.3 Third-Party Content

The App may include third-party services or content (such as Apple iCloud).
Use of such services is subject to the respective third-party terms.


7. Disclaimers

7.1 No Financial Advice

The App is provided solely as a financial management tool and does not constitute financial or investment advice.
We are not responsible for any financial decisions made based on information from the App.

7.2 Data Accuracy

  • We do not guarantee absolute accuracy of data within the App

  • We are not liable for losses caused by inaccurate data

We are not responsible for service interruptions or data loss caused by technical failures, maintenance, or network issues.
Regular data backups are recommended.

8. Termination

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable
